I highly recommend Sundance Home Remodeling! Michael, Little Dog, and their team were highly knowledgeable, communicative, and awesome! They made the process so simple and handled everything with our insurance company, which was a huge bonus for us because dealing with insurance can be a nightmare at times. Originally, our insurance company sent an adjuster out and he said there wasn’t enough damage to replace our roof. Once Little Dog provided him with several pics they couldn’t deny that it really did need to be replaced. We also had solar panel brackets that needed to be removed before the roof could be replaced and Michael was a champ with getting it done. Michael helped us pick out the perfect color and our new roof is of much higher quality than what we previously had and we didn’t even know until he educated us and showed the difference between what they provide. Michael was extremely responsive and worked to get the job done right! He was able to repair and remodel some old molding on my living room wall and was creative in solving problems that came up once the demo started. Will definitely be using his services with remodel projects moving forward!
